Marrow & Honey provides educational content, wellness guidance, and community accompaniment. We are not licensed clinicians, dietitians, registered dietitians, nutritionists, or therapists. Nothing on this site or in our programs constitutes medical advice, nutrition counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from your licensed provider. Always consult your clinician before changing your medical care, supplements, or treatment plan.
Informed participation
By enrolling in any Marrow & Honey program, you confirm that you understand we are not your healthcare provider, that any food, rest, or self-care suggestions are general educational information, and that you accept responsibility for your own medical decisions and for sharing relevant information with your clinician.
Program enrollment and refunds
Reserving a seat in a Replenish Cohort or Replenish Personal program requires a deposit. Deposits are refundable in full up until the program's first session begins. After the program begins, payments are non-refundable except in cases of medical or family emergency, evaluated case by case.
Use of content
Program materials, written guidance, and recorded calls are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish program materials without written permission.
Community conduct
Members of our private community are expected to treat one another with respect and confidentiality. Sharing another member's story outside the community without their permission is grounds for removal without refund.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marrow & Honey, its founder, and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content or programs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the founder's principal place of business. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or our programs will be resolved in good faith first by direct communication; unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will note the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site or programs after changes constitutes acceptance.
